I have been a certified personal trainer for 7 years. My first certification was through Baylor Sports Medicine Institute in Houston TX and I am currently certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I offer rates for both individuals and couples. In addition to my personal trainer certification I am also stretch and kick boxing certified.

Massage Therapist

I'm a Massage Therapist and I currently offer swedish and deep tissue massage therapy as well as hot stone and sports massag.
